These terms apply to coinwhisk.com and the CoinWhisk app ("CoinWhisk", "we", "us"). By using CoinWhisk you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Information only, not advice

CoinWhisk shows cryptocurrency prices, charts and calculators for general information and education. Nothing on CoinWhisk is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Always do your own research, and speak to a qualified professional, such as a SEBI-registered adviser or a chartered accountant, before making financial or tax decisions.

2. Crypto is risky

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and largely unregulated. Their value can fall sharply or to zero, and you may lose all the money you put in. Past returns shown on CoinWhisk, including in the investment and SIP calculators, do not predict future returns.

3. Accuracy of data and calculators

Market data comes from third parties, mainly CoinGecko, and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Calculators, including the India crypto tax calculator, use simplified assumptions. For example, they don't include surcharge, fees or your personal circumstances, and tax rules can change. We try to keep everything accurate, but we don't guarantee it. Check important figures with your exchange or adviser.

4. Links, ads and third parties

CoinWhisk may link to other websites, show advertising, or include affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up for a service, at no extra cost to you. We don't control third-party sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. A link or ad is not an endorsement.

5. Using the site and the price widget

You're welcome to use CoinWhisk for personal use and to embed our free price widget on your own site, as long as you keep the "Crypto prices by CoinWhisk" link. Please don't scrape the site at high volume, try to disrupt it, or present our pages as your own.

6. Liability

CoinWhisk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of CoinWhisk or from relying on information on it, including trading or investment losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CoinWhisk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
